The dining room brings the outside in with its garden theme and windows looking over the mountains and hillsides of the valley. Mother Nature provides the best show.
Breakfast is a feast. Muffins fresh from the oven, stacks of blueberry pancakes with warmed Vermont maple syrup, thick slices of french toast made with homemade bread, fresh fruits and juices.
At dinner, the view is the same, except add a little more romance… fresh flowers, candlelight, and the moon overlooking the mountains. The menu is a sampling of imaginative country cuisine, executed with flair and enthusiasm. It is complemented by an unusual and creative wine list, featuring wines from North and South America.
