Bistro Henry is the story of Henry and Dina Bronson, who have put their talents together again for the second time in Manchester, Vermont. They met in the kitchens of Manhattan's finest restaurants and brought their dream to Vermont in 1988, when they opened Dina's. After four successful years, their search for greener pastures and desire to spend more time with their one year old daughter, Talia, brought them to the decision to close Dina's in October 1992. As fortune would have it, rather than reopen Dina's, they found the perfect spot for Bistro Henry - a restaurant for today. Drawing on nearly 20 years experience (including 1½ years living and eating in France) Henry has put together a Mediterranean Bistro menu, elevating the classics to the more modern style of the 90's. Dina collaborates on the menu, expertly guides the service staff and creates the exquisite desserts - including the finest creme brulée anywhere. As one of the hottest spots in Southern Vermont, with fabulous food, an Award Winning Wine List, and country charm, Bistro Henry looks forward to adding you to its ever-growing list of fans.
