Chattanooga's Southside Grill, located in a turn-of-the-century meat packing plant, has become one of the cutting edge restaurants in the southeast. Owners Diana Van Cleave and Alice Smith, with a goal to create a restaurant that Chattanooga could be proud of, have done that and much more. From having their own herb garden to creatively re-interpreting the foods of the region, the chefs at the Southside Grill are in the forefront of innovative American cuisine.
