Beverly’s, the Resort’s signature restaurant, offers unique menus featuring distinct Northwest cuisine prepared in a state-of-the-art display kitchen under the direction of the chef and his staff. Beverly’s, features the freshest of Northwest products morel mushrooms, Idaho’s famous potatoes, wild huckleberries, Northwest seafood and more to create lunch and dinner entrees to complement the restaurant’s breathtaking views of the lake, Boardwalk marina and surrounding mountains.
Dishes range form grilled Atlantic salmon complemented with jasmine rice to Idaho ruby red trout with Dungeness crab, rack of lamb to USDA prime grade charbroiled beef tenderloin. For lunch Beverly’s features seasonal menus highlighting our popular chef’s trio~ a special three-course lunch created each day by Chef Barrett.
